The Insiders, a leading Las Vegas based independent hospitality and travel services Company announces its reorganization, expansion into the South American and Central American marketplaces, new website and the signing by its Talent and Show Production Division of Florian Kohler, the World's greatest pool trickshot artist.

The Company specializes in discounted hotel room bookings and managing business and social events for all occasions in both Las Vegas and other U.S. casino hotel markets.

The Insiders is licensed as an independent casino hosting Company by the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Through this independent license the Company assists clients with maximizing casino comps and establishing credit.

Through its relationships with the owners and managers of the hotels, nightlife venues, restaurant and activity operators, the Company has also become known for its creative itineraries providing clients direct access to the city's lowest hotel rates, most exclusive clubs and gastronomic delights.

Joining the Company as a shareholder is Bob Zelinka. Bob assumes the title of CFO and will also manage our Independent Sales Rep and Affiliate Programs. Phil Rosen further stated, "Bob brings to the Company a solid background in finance, marketing and sales, key qualifications for managing our financial departments and building our network of Independent Sales Reps and Affiliate partners". A former long-time member of the U.S. securities brokerage community, Bob held positions in securities analysis, as Director of Research, and Senior Vice President of Institutional sales. Bob is a member of the CFA Society of South Florida and maintains positions as Arbitration Chairperson and Panel Member with FINRA, (formally NASD).

The South American and Central American expansion is being led by Jose Cobos, The Insiders Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer. Phil Rosen indicated, "Jose's growing relationships with leading travel providers in the southern hemisphere promises to increase the number of travelers from that market to the World's most exciting city".

Phil Rosen also announced the addition of Brenda Olivares as a Vice President. Phil stated "Brenda brings to our organization special qualifications for developing the Production and Talent divisions." Brenda has a varied career in show business and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild Nominating Committee that selects the Oscar nominations.

The Company is also pleased to announce the formation of its Advisory Board, whose members consist of Eduardo Cesarman, Andrew Doctor, James Penson, Adrian Ross and Johnny Stuart.
